Dechert Statement in Response to Eurasian Natural Resources Corporation vs Dechert LLP vs Serious Fraud Office Judgment
The High Court today, 16th May 2022, handed down judgment in the proceedings brought against Dechert by former client Eurasian Natural Resources Corporation. The Firm has issued the following statement:
“We recognise fully the seriousness of the judge’s findings in relation to Mr. Gerrard’s conduct. We are considering the judgment to see what we should learn from it.
