Richard J. Temko

Richard J. Temko has practiced in Brussels since 1976 and was the managing partner of Dechert’s Brussels office from 1983 - 2011. Mr. Temko has extensive experience with commercial, corporate, tax, and banking matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, venture capital, joint ventures, licensing, and a significant amount of international asset-based financing and cross-border leasing work.

He has been a member of the Legal and Taxation Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce in Belgium. Mr. Temko, who speaks French and English fluently, has writen and lectured frequently on financing and tax matters.

He is a member of the New York and District of Columbia bars and is an associate member of the Brussels Bar.
