Shane Sanderson

Shane Sanderson is a litigator who focuses his practice on product liability and mass tort matters. He has represented clients at every level of the federal judiciary, as well as in state trial courts. Mr. Sanderson has conducted fact discovery and case workup and has briefed issues at motion-to-dismiss, Daubert, summary judgment, post-trial, and appellate phases.

Mr. Sanderson maintains an active pro bono practice. He is also a regular contributor to the product liability and mass torts group’s newsletter, Dechert Re:Torts.

While in law school, Mr. Sanderson was an intern in the Office of the Federal Public Defender for the District of Columbia. He previously worked as a newspaper journalist in the Mountain West.
