Sahil Kirpalani

Sahil Kirpalani focuses his practice on financial services and investment management matters. He advises clients on the structuring, establishment, management, financing and marketing of investment funds, including hedge funds, credit funds and private equity funds. Mr. Kirpalani has experience advising funds domiciled in a range of onshore and offshore jurisdictions, including in the UAE, for UK, GCC, U.S. and European asset managers. Mr. Kirpalani also has experience advising investors across these jurisdictions.

Mr. Kirpalani trained at Dechert and was admitted as a solicitor in August 2023.
