William Cox focuses his practice on finance and real estate matters, with particular emphasis on collateralized loan obligations (CLOs), asset-backed securitizations, leveraged loan warehouse facilities, and commercial mortgage backed securitization.
Mr. Cox joined Dechert as a summer associate in 2016. His previous experience includes interning for the Honorable Justice Paul Newby of the North Carolina Supreme Court.
