Jonathan Blaha

Jonathan Blaha is an associate in Dechert’s financial services and investment management group. Mr. Blaha focuses his practice on advising U.S. registered investment companies, including mutual funds and exchange-traded funds, and their investment advisers on a wide variety of regulatory, compliance, and business matters. Mr. Blaha also assists clients with developing and launching new funds, fund reorganizations, preparing materials for fund board meetings, and regulatory and compliance matters relating to existing funds.
