Christian Böhme, LL.M. focuses his practice in corporate and commercial law. He is a dual qualified German/U.S. lawyer and advises domestic and multinational clients on a broad range of venture capital, growth capital, corporate M&A and private equity transactions. Christian is recognized as one of the “Best Lawyers in Germany 2024” by German nationwide daily Handelsblatt for M&A.

Prior to joining Dechert in 2011, Mr. Böhme worked for major international law firms in Chicago and Frankfurt.
