Treasury Department Issues Report Recommending Changes to Bank Regulation

Responding to an Executive Order to recommend changes to laws, regulations and policies regarding financial services regulatory in light of core principles set forth in the Executive Order, the Treasury Department has issued an initial report providing recommendations for changes involving the regulation of banking organizations.
