Executive Order Requires Agencies to Identify Regulations to be Repealed or Modified

On February 24, 2017, President Trump issued an Executive Order intended to advance the identification of regulations for potential repeal or modification consistent with the January 30, 2017 Executive Order calling for the repeal of two regulations when an agency proposes to adopt a new regulation.
