Singapore International Commercial Court issues first decision

Following the establishment of the Singapore International Commercial Court (SICC) in January 2015, the SICC issued its first decision on 12 May 2016 in the case of BCBC Singapore Pte Ltd and another v PT Bayan Resources TBK and another [2016] SGHC(I) 01 (BCBC Singapore v PT Bayan Resources).
