Dechert represented Apollo Debt Solutions BDC in its US$600 million 6.70 percent investment-grade 144A bond offering.
Apollo Debt Solutions BDC is a perpetual life, non-traded business development company focusing on senior secured large corporate direct origination, broadly syndicated loans, and, to a lesser extent, middle market direct lending.
The Dechert team included corporate and securities partner Steve Leitzell and counsel Ross MacConnell, with support from associates Billy Roberts, Patrick Sun, and Angela Nguyen.
