Dechert Advises Crown Holdings on Senior Notes Offering
Dechert LLP advised Crown Holdings, Inc. (Crown) on an offering of €600 million aggregate principal amount of 4.500% senior unsecured notes due 2030 issued by its subsidiary, Crown European Holdings S.A. Crown intends to use the net proceeds from the offering, together with cash on hand, to pay its outstanding 2.625% senior notes due in September 2024, as well as related fees and expenses.
The notes will also be unconditionally guaranteed by Crown and certain of its subsidiaries. Crown, through its subsidiaries, is a leading global supplier of rigid packaging products to consumer marketing companies, as well as transit and protective packaging products, equipment and services to a broad range of end markets.
