Dechert has advised EUROPASOLAR S.àr.L (“EUROPASOLAR”), a Luxemburg-domiciled fund composed of international investors from Europe, North America and Asia, on its successful acquisition of certain assets of Rolling Wireless (H.K.) Limited and 100 percent equity in Rolling Wireless (Luxembourg) S.àr.l. (“Rolling Wireless”), a leading supplier of cellular network access devices (NADs) to the automotive industry, from Fibocom Wireless Inc. (“Fibocom”) for US$150 million.
Established on 7 January 2020, Rolling Wireless is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Fibocom with a focus on providing NADs solutions for the systems engineering, automotive, and mobile computing industries.
As of the date of this announcement, all parties have finalized the equity change and asset transfer procedures concerning Rolling Wireless. The transaction is now complete.
