Our Paris lawyers collaborate with their colleagues based in Europe, the United States, Asia and the Middle East. We structure transactions in corporate law and financial transactions, we advise on a wide variety of regulations, and we work to resolve disputes in court or through arbitration.
Each semester we typically recruit 10 to 15 Law Clerks into various practice groups. We look for students with a Masters in Law (Master 1 or 2) who are fluent in English.
Our internships usually last six months and a school agreement will be mandatory.
What We Offer
We take your training very seriously. As a Law Clerk, you will receive legal skills and commercial training. You will be part of the most interesting cases in the Paris Market and encouraged to take a significant role. You will join a well-recognized firm delivering practical commercial judgement and deep legal expertise.
Dechert has a longstanding tradition of providing pro bono legal services to individuals and organisations who cannot otherwise afford legal counsel. As a Law Clerk, you will have the opportunity to join our associates in their Pro Bono work.
