Training and development are the cornerstone at Dechert. They give me a way to keep up with my colleagues and sharpen my skillset. The programs are brief and to the point, and I can totally appreciate that. Training and development have enhanced my role at Dechert.

As the Global DEI Manager, I have the unique opportunity to work with Dechert’s Diversity Committee(s), Affinity Groups and Global Women’s Initiative to explore and celebrate differences in our community, encourage inclusive behavior, and bring people together through shared activities. It is both motivating and rewarding to work alongside members of our diverse population to provide innovative and thoughtful programming to support their careers.

The ongoing and formal process of training and development at Dechert is an amazing experience. It inspires me to enhance my knowledge and skills for better job performance, career growth and productivity. By designing and delivering impactful training programs, Dechert has continuously supported my ongoing development and learning.
