The Dechert Family Network fosters supportive relationships among firm parents, caregivers and other family members by offering a forum to share information and resources for balancing work and caregiving responsibilities. The affinity group also frequently provides feedback to firm management and advocates for parents and caregivers on issues and policies within the firm and hosts a variety of programs to support families.
The Dechert Family Network recently hosted an informational workshop with Carrot Fertility and Bright Horizons to discuss the firm’s family planning, child and elder care offerings. During 2024’s Diversity and Inclusion Week, the group launched an initiative to curate a list of diverse children’s books that celebrate diversity, inclusion and unity.
